工作內容
工作內容:
• 管理客戶關係,解決內部和外部客戶之發票和計費相關問題。
• 接收來自各種來源(電話和電子郵件)的客戶詢問,及時回答問題和/或解決其問題。
• 透過處理客戶發票和帳單查詢,協助客戶和 UL Soluitons團隊之間的順暢溝,並發展客戶關係。
• 提供客戶諮詢及服務,包括帳單查詢、服務請求和一般 UL Solutions 資訊等疑問/問題。
• 積極參與各類專案團隊,不斷改善對客戶的服務並提高自動化程度
• 具催收相關技能尤佳
• 具備(或願意積極學習)協商及解決爭議的技巧
• 其他交辦事項。
Manages the customer relationship by coordinating all customer service processes relating to Invoice and Billing. Uses skills and knowledge to resolve Invoice and Billing requests that are received from internal and external customers.
• Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (phone and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual requests promptly.
• Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer Invoice and Billing inquiries and supporting a smooth communication between customers and UL teams
• Provides support for non-technical customer requests, including questions/issues such as billing inquiries, service requests and general UL information.
• Actively participates in project teams to continuously improve service to the customer and increase automation
• Dispute Management skills
• Collection skills a plus
• Performs other duties as required.
工作條件: Job Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good command of Korean & Chinese proficiency, including fluent speaking ability
• English: able to handle daily communication
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Attention to the details, carefulness, and patience
• Quick learner, logical, and stable
