EE Engineer (高級工程師、主任工程師 or 總工程師) Job description:
The candidate should be interested in battery & energy management solution business including battery testers, chargers, solar chargers & other related tool equipment.

The candidate should be capable and confident performing below jobs.
1、 DEVELOP switching power chargers and power supplies.
1-1、 RFQ
1-2、 Test plan (test agenda) draft
1-3、 Schematic, layout, testing and debug
1-4、 MP preparation
2、 LEAD product development operation:
2-1、 Daily review working status and give advices for technical and schedule issues
2-2、 Weekly attend R&D review meeting for product status management
2-3、 Weekly attend staff meeting to report to executives with product status
3、 ACT as a window in cross functions
3-1、 Co-work with DQA team to improve product quality - Make plan to comply with DHC quality policy
3-2、 Co-work with sales team to boost sales - Answer customer’s tech questions and biz trip if executive requests
3-3、 Co-work with procurement team to cost down products - Bring DHC products to the competitive price point
3-4、 Co-work with 文管 - Bring efficiency to internal operation flow and merit the documents
4、 Introduce new technology
4-1、 Study new technologies according to DHC’s product roadmap and give a development plan
4-2、 Respond to customer’s new product inquiry and give a development plan
4-3、 Comply with latest environment and safety regulation and give development plan
4-4、 Apply new patents and protect DHC from patent infringing issues
5、 Build-up a fast-response and innovative R&D team (For 副總工程師)
5-1、 Monthly review engineers’ and project-leader engineers’ performance
5-2、 Reward the good by giving an out-performance list
5-3、 Encourage the poor by giving an improvement plan and check the improving status
5-4、 Give the performance report to executives monthly
5-5、 Make R&D engineer training plan yearly and audit the effects
