1.協助國際業務執行產品技術支援(email, 遠端連線)
2.與內部R&D溝通進行產品客製化作業
3.協助參加國際展會, 佈展及與客戶討論產品技術項目
4.協助部門撰寫技術文件
5.日常FAE作業報告
6.英文能力良好
7.具備通訊電子技術相關背景者佳
8.IoT產業及FAE相關工作經驗佳
9.歡迎應屆畢業生,對IoT產業有熱誠及願意與公司長期經營及成長者優先考慮

1. Routine product technical support and co-working with ISD sales projects (by email or remote online services)
2. Internal communication with R&D for customization projects
3. Support international exhibition events
4. Drafting technical documents and operation guides
5. Routine work progress report
6. Strong command of English in both verbal and writing
7. Good technical knowledge in electronics and network communication industry is a plus
8. Work experiences in IoT industry or FAE related field is a plus
9. Graduating students are welcome. Candidates who are passionate and willing to build a long term career in the IoT industry will be considered in priority
