The Big Brother Bear English School is an energetic organisation with a culture centred on teamwork, creativity and initiative. Eric, the owner and leader of the school, is a Canadian teacher who opened this school to make a difference in his students’ lives. He focuses the school's resources and energy on the students' needs and happiness. The Big Brother Bear English School is not a business; it’s a mix between a summer camp and a school.
