On-Campus Accommodation for Female
  The campus has three six-floor building female dormitories, namely Sung Tao Hall 1 to 3, which can accommodate 1956 students. There is no elevator in the dorms. All rooms in dorms are quad shares. Residents will be randomly selected by the computer system due to the large number of applications. Accommodations for handicaps are also available in Sung Tao Hall 2.

Bedrooms are furnished with bed frames (without mattress), desks, chairs, bookshelves, lights, wardrobes, air conditioner, the internet and telephone. But the electricity costs of air-conditioner will be charged separately. Residents are also requested to pay a soled amount for the Internet and telephone each academic year. Besides bed rooms, other facilities such as lavatories and bathrooms are available on each floor. Pay phones, a lounge, a study room, toll laundry, simple cooking equipments, refrigerators, a cafeterias, a beauty shop and a convenience store are also available. Hot water is available for 24 hours.

Safety precautions are taken for living security. Residents are required to swipe the student ID cards to pass through the entrance from 12 o・clock midnight till next day 6 o・clock in the morning. Also, campus security guards are 24 hours on duty.
Off-Campus Accommodation: Tamkang International Hall Dormitory for Female and Male
  The university had partnered with a private organization to build a BOT dormitory called Tamkang Hall Dormitory.
It is a new and high quality building. The building consists of three floors underground and fourteen floors above the ground. Rooms are from the third floor onwards. There are 330 available spaces for female students, from the third floor to the sixth floor, and 660 for male students, from the seventh floor to the fourteenth floor. The types of bed room are triple shares and quad shares. Due to space limitations, residents will be selected randomly by the computer system.

Bedroom are furnished with beds (without mattress), desks, chairs, bookshelves, lights, wardrobes, a sink, a simple bath room (with a shower and a toilet ) air conditioner, the internet and telephone. Each room has independent electricity and water meters where electricity and water used exceeding the quotas will also be billed separately. Residents are asked to pay the utility (shared equally by the number of residents in each room). Dorm facilities include lift (escalator), a lounge on every even floors, refrigerators and a study area. There are gym, toll laundry and entertainment place on the uppermost floor. There are parking lots (fee required) for motorcycles in the basement..

Residents are required to swipe the particular cards to pass through the entrance from 12 o・clock midnight till 6 o・clock in the morning, and to use the same card to get into the bedrooms at all times. Dorm security guards are 24 hours available.

Scheduled buses from Tamkang International Hall Dormitory to the campus are very frequent. It takes about ten minutes on foot or three minutes by motorcycle to school.
Off-campus House Renting Information
  In order to provide a better off-campus housing living quality and living security, the following information is for your reference.

1. The information of off-campus accommodation is provided on the internet ( https://house.nfu.edu.tw/TKU ) for the students in Tamshui to be able to check on any information regarding off-campus house renting.

2. A guidebook providing information on various safety standards of the housing for the students staying off-campus to refer to is published.

3. There will be scheduled check-ups on the sanitation of the surrounding environment and food stores every semester. The results of the checkups will be announced.

4. A routine check will also be carried out daily on the student・s daily life as well as to understand the situation of their off-campus living.

5. Set up a off-campus committee in order to encourage the students to take care of one another among themselves.
